The steady work
How it works
About 15 minutes to start, then about ten minutes a week. Here's what that looks like.
Getting started (about 15 minutes)
- Tell us your business name or website.
- Connect Google with one sign-in.
- Confirm your services, the towns you serve, and the five jobs you want more of.
- See your baseline: map ranking, reviews compared with nearby competitors, profile score, and how AI assistants describe you.
- Pick a plan.
Week to week
- A short weekly summary of what we did and anything waiting on you.
- Send job photos from your phone, or have your crew send them.
- Tap to approve the few things that need you.
- Ask for reviews from the job screen.
- On Leads, tap booked, not booked or junk on each lead.
Every month
- One report, as a web page and an email.
- Calls, website clicks and direction requests from Google.
- Review count and rating, and map ranking changes.
- AI mentions.
- On Leads: cost per lead and cost per booked job.
- It ends with one recommended next step.
Software plus a person
The routine work is automated: keeping your listing right, posting photos, drafting review replies, checking your map ranking.
A real person checks anything sensitive, like replies to unhappy customers.
Nothing that spends your money or changes your name, address or phone happens without a person approving it.
